Hmm, problem is though, when I sit down to blog my mind, quite often, draws a blank.
So, excuse me while I brainstorm...What's been happening lately? Just pottering. Doing housework. Working. Going to movies. Gardening. Making icecream. Oh, let's expand on that one.
So, you know how every Jan I compile my '50 things to do this year' list? Well, this year, I planned on making a new icecream every month for the year. I got an icecream maker for Christmas & it has renewed my interest in the frozen desserts of life. Flavours so far have included; Choc-mint, lemon meringue, lemon* sorbet, rasberry & white choc, chocolate peanut butter, marscapone vanilla and Chocolate-rocky road. Very yummy, but not doing much to help with the ole weight...!
