the Godfather Pts 1, 2 & 3

Ah, the glorious, decadent, lovely, lazy days in between Christmas and New Year's. Kieran and I have a tradition (3 years old now) of settling down with various left overs and watching a trilogy of some description back to back without leaving the couch.

First year it was Lord of the Rings- although we had to actually cheat and watch it over a couple of days.
Second year we went more light hearted & thoroughly enjoyed Back to the Future
This year, we went back to our serious roots and had a screening of The Godfather. Dedededededededededede

Unfortunately, apart from pudding, we didn't have any leftovers as we had been up with Kieran's parents for Christmas in Nofolk and had pretty much eaten everything they put in front of us. So, we improvised a little, and continuing with the Italianish theme we had some antipasti & cheese & foccacia & stuff. Rest assured we did not go hungry as we viewed all 500+ minutes of (husky voice) The Godfather
A whole year now to decide what trilogy to watch next year. Naked Gun? The Bourne Trilogy? Star Wars? Rocky (naturally one of my most favourite quotes "Adrienne")? Three Colours? Indiana Jones? Suggestions welcomed.
