El Chiki chiki

Mostly when I tell people we're going to the Eurovision Song Contest they do a funny little laugh as in 'I don't think you're telling the truth so I'll laugh at your funny joke, but then again maybe you are kind of serious so it will just be a little laugh'

Then I have to justify it with something like 'oh, it's on during half term for the first time eva & so we're making a week of it and touring around Serbia & Montenegro'. Then they change their light laugh and look interested. 'Oh that, will be a great trip, it would be so great to see all these places opening up their doors to tourism.' But I know what they really mean is 'I've secretly always wanted to go to the Eurovision too'.

My friend Elena is just back from two weeks in Spain, and she says they are all getting behind the joy that is the Spanish Entry.

And even Australia is getting into the spirit. Good old SBS, showing, not only the final, but BOTH semi-finals too!!
