Trans Siberia here we come- Ad

We've had a big couple of days here in Moscow- Convents, architectural parks, Kremlins, Red Squares, countless orthodox churches, Pushkin Art Gallery, Modern Russian History museum and generally just blending in and enjoying the cosmopolitan city that is Mokba.

Tomorrow we head off on the start of our Trans-Siberian journey. The train is actually split up into 3 trains around Lake Baikal and we are taking the Trans-Mongolian route. I'm very excited about this as it's something I've wanted to do for a long time and always swore I'd take this long route back to Australia.

First stop is at Vladimir (sounds like a vampire to me) and a transfer to Suzdal (World Heritage site, of course).

We are taking full advantage of possibly our last good internet access for a bit and playing online Scrabble and answering emails. From now on it will be postcards & travel journals...
