Yesterday Dazza and myself went to check out the Kylie's costumes exhibition at the V & A. With both of us being big fans from way back (we went to her showgirl concert a couple years back, and Dazza has some fine snaps) we thoroughly enjoyed it, trying to guess which video clip each costume came from. 3 things really struck me;
2. how flimsy the dresses are!! I know some of them have suffered the wear and tear of quick backstage costume changes and performances on tour but a lot of them looked like they would fall apart if you touched them, let alone wear them on stage in front of thousands!!
3. how does she walk, let alone dance, in those shoes?!
My favourite, for sheer glamour, is the blue feathers and corset costume from the Showgirl Tour. (see above)

i saw this exhibition in melbourne and thought it was way cool to see it all up close. my favourite is the hand on your heart dress (in all three colour-ways).
Yes, that was one (or should I say 3)dress I remembered...uhh...vividly...from the video all those years ago.
