(Artistic impression of Renu and Adrienne running- not actual size)Yesterday, Renu and myself decided we should have a bit of a go at this running lark...you know, seeing as though the big race is this Wed. That has crept up very quickly.
We pottered down to Battersea park (the actual location of the infamous run next Wed) and did a lap of the park in 31 mins. Kieran reckons that's about 3.5km. We didn't want to injure ourselves days before the big one.
Anyway, we have both come away feeling (a bit stiff) but optimistic that we will be able to run the race on Wed pretty easily... (I use the word run quite loosely here, you understand).
Other than our running and yoga dabblings it's all been pretty quiet on the London front. Heads down saving money for the big trip in July (A & K), marking GCSE coursework (A), and researching/writing master related essays (K)
