And so to the second semi-finals. On the one hand it seems slightly harder as there are 19 "high quality" entries going for the 10 places (compared to 18 on Tuesday).
Here are my picks:
1. Norway (the obvious choice one)
2. Azerbaijan (the "Shakira Shakira" one)
3. Ukraine (the Crazy Lady one)
4. Greece (the "I don't see what all the fuss is about" one)
5. Cyprus (the innocent young girl one)
6. Estonia (the haunting one)
7. Serbia (the big Haired zany guy one)
8. Ireland (the home nation one)
9. Denmark (the one that grows on you)
10. Netherlands (the one that doesn't take itself to seriously)
Meaning that the following would miss out: Croatia, Latvia, Poland, Slovakia, Slovenia, Lithuania, Moldova, Albania & Hungary (unfortunately, as this is my fave to boogie to). Which just goes to show that if your country ends in an "a" you don't have much chance by my count...
