So, tomorrow is the big day. Race day.
So, how do I prepare? Well I've taken a few tips from Kieran- big bowl of carbs, no alcohol and an early night.
Actually, this is not at all true. Went for a couple of ciders with Andy & Gang to celebrate his birthday and then on to stuff ourselves silly at a lovely Indian restaurant. I've eaten my weight in Chicken Korma and Sag Aloo. Funny things was, we met Renu in exactly the same restaurant doing exactly the same thing!! (Deidre Chambers...what a coincidence).
I guess the two of us will be whizzing around the race track tomorrow based on our strict pre-race regime this evening.
